Parallex Prints shop is live on etsy. While the actual shop setup was relatively straightforward, the process has proven to be a little frustrating. For instance, getting in touch with human support personnel has been made as difficult as I can imagine it can be. Making what I consider minor modifications to the shop site requires an additional subscription and ads cannot be run until 15 days after shop creation. What a way to launch!
